Sign-in to EdPortal with your ID.Iowa.gov account (not an @iowaid)
Don't have an ID.iowa.gov account id?
On the menu click "Sign-in", go to the "Don't have an account? Sign-up" link (found at the bottom center).
Need to update your name or email address?
- Please note: Changing your name or email does not change your password. For all steps;
use your current password.
- Understand all the steps before clicking on the ‘Start the update process’ link
- Sign in to EdPortal, then click the ‘Start the update process’ link.
- Click on "Edit" to update your personal information, make your updates and when done, click "Save".
- If changing your email, you will receive an email at your old email, verifying that your
email changed. No action is needed.
- If changing your email, you will receive an email at your new email. You must click the
“Confirm Email Change” link within the email. You will then receive a login box.
- Login with your old email address, current password and security method.
Once you see the message that your email has changed, click on Logout, in the upper right-hand corner, under your name. Make sure you have logged out of all pages including EdPortal.
- Go to EdPortal and login with your new email address, current password and security method.
- You have completed the update process.
- Click here to Start the update process.
Can't find your applications?
Check your Organization drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner
of the screen. Your application access may be set to a building.
